By signing up on our website (checking the consent box on the signup form) or by texting NoBonk first, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us at the phone number you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

5.2 Message Frequency

• Conversational Service: After a one-time welcome and setup exchange, we respond only when you initiate contact
• Message frequency varies based on how often you text us
• No Marketing: We send only the sports nutrition guidance you request

5.3 Opt-Out and Help

Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. NoBonk does not charge for the service, but your carrier may charge for SMS.
